Über alle Gewinnspiele hinweg werden insgesamt 8x2 Tickets verlost. Die Tickets gelten ausschließlich für ein UEFA-Champions-League-Spiel in Deutschland mit deutscher Beteiligung in der League Phase der Saison 25/26. Spieltermin und Spielpaarung werden vom Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels festgelegt. Anreise und Übernachtung sind nicht im Gewinn enthalten.

4. WER KANN MITMACHEN?

Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos und jeder natürlichen Person erlaubt. Bei minderjährigen Teilnehmer/innen setzt DAZN das Einverständnis der Erziehungsberechtigten voraus. Gewinnspielvereine sowie automatisierte Gewinnspiel-Dienste sind nicht teilnahmeberechtigt. Auch die Teilnahme über falsche Instagram-Konten (Fake-Accounts) ist unzulässig.

 

5. WER WIRD VON DER TEILNAHME AUSGESCHLOSSEN?

DAZN ist berechtigt, einzelne Personen von der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel bzw. der Verlosung auszuschließen, sofern berechtigte Gründe, wie z. B. Sollte sich der/die Gewinner/in nicht innerhalb der Zeit, indem das Gewinnspiel stattfindet (Donnerstag, 29.05.2025, 19:30-22Uhr, Freitag, 30.05.2025, 18-22Uhr und Samstag, 31.05.2025 12 Uhr bis Ende des UEFA Champions Festival) bei der Person am Lay’s stand melden, verfällt der Gewinn. Dasselbe gilt für den Fall, dass ein/e Gewinner/in DAZN falsche Kontaktdaten mitteilt und die Übersendung oder Übergabe des Gewinns deshalb nicht möglich ist.

8.3 Gewinnspiel: Lieblingsmoment aller Zeiten auf Instagram (dazn_de)

Sollte sich der/die Gewinner/in nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Gewinnbenachrichtigung bei DAZN melden, verfällt der Gewinn. Dasselbe gilt für den Fall, dass ein/e Gewinner/in DAZN falsche Kontaktdaten mitteilt und die Übersendung oder Übergabe des Gewinns deshalb nicht möglich ist.

 

9. VORBEHALTSKLAUSEL

DAZN behält sich vor, das Gewinnspiel zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne Vorankündigung und ohne Angabe von Gründen abzubrechen oder zu beenden. Von dieser Möglichkeit macht DAZN allerdings nur dann Gebrauch, wenn aus technischen Gründen (z. B. Viren im Computersystem, Manipulation oder Fehler in der Hard- und/oder Software) oder aus rechtlichen Gründen eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels nicht gewährleistet werden kann.

12. RECHTEEINRÄUMUNG

Die Barauszahlung des Gewinns ist nicht möglich. Gewinnansprüche können nicht auf andere Personen übertragen oder abgetreten werden. Die Tickets dürfen nicht verkauft oder an Dritte weitergegeben werden. Der Rechtsweg ist, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, ausgeschlossen.

Diese Teilnahmebedingungen unterliegen deutschem Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.

Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Teilnahmebedingungen ungültig sein oder ungültig werden, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Teilnahmebedingungen unberührt. An die Stelle der unwirksamen Regelung tritt eine angemessene Regelung, die dem Zweck der unwirksamen Bestimmung am ehesten entspricht. • If your scratch card says “You Win,” report to the person wearing a “No Lay’s. No Game.” shirt at the Culinary Stand, who will record your name and email address. We will contact you via email in the following days

The tickets are valid only for a UEFA Champions League match in Germany involving a German team during the League Phase of the 25/26 season. Match date and pairing will be determined by the organizer. Travel and accommodation are not included in the prize.

Participation is free and open to all natural persons residing in Germany. For minors, consent of the legal guardians is required. Giveaway clubs and automated giveaway services are not eligible. Participation via false Instagram accounts (fake accounts) is not permitted.

The same applies if a winner provides incorrect contact details and delivery of the prize is not possible as a result.

9. RESERVATION CLAUSE

DAZN reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice and without giving reasons. This option will only be used if, for technical (e.g. viruses in the system, manipulation, hardware/software errors) or legal reasons, proper execution cannot be ensured.

12. RIGHTS GRANTING

By participating, the participant agrees that DAZN may use and publish the comments under the giveaway post including username without restriction. In this context, the participant grants DAZN all transferable rights to the content, for exclusive, unlimited use in terms of time, place, and content. DAZN is particularly entitled to publish the content across all DAZN digital channels and partner pages.

 

13. MISCELLANEOUS

Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Prize claims are non-transferable and non-assignable. The tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or passed on to third parties. Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by German law excluding the UN sales law. Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that most closely aligns with the intent of the invalid one. DAZN reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

For the sweepstake at the Lay’s Culinary Stand, there is no entitlement to receive a scratch card once supplies are exhausted. Distribution is based on a first come, first served principle.
