Incorrect e-mail or password (50-049-401)

To get access to your account please follow the steps below:
  1. Click here to go to our reset password page.
  2. Enter your e-mail address on the password reset page and click on send.
  3. Check your inbox for your password reset e-mail from DAZN. Please keep in mind that this can take up to 10 minutes to arrive. If this has not arrived in 10 minutes check your junk and spam folder for this e-mail.
  4. Click on the link provided in the e-mail.
  5. Select a new password for your account.

If you did not receive a password reset e-mail it might be that you incorrectly entered your e-mail address or that you registered with another e-mail. In order to confirm the e-mail address you used to sign up please follow the steps below:
  1. If you signed up directly to DAZN via payment card go directly to our e-mail recovery page.
  2. Select your payment method.
  3. Enter your details and click send.
If you didn’t receive your account information, or your payment is not supported by our e-mail recovery page, contact customer services for additional help.
