Why is my device no longer being supported by DAZN?
We want our fans to have a high-quality experience of watching live sport. The LG Netcast TV belongs to an older generation of devices that are no longer supported by LG. DAZN is unable to provide a smooth user experience and 50fps fast-motion playback on slower legacy hardware. We encourage you to watch DAZN on a modern streaming device from our currently supported devices.
How can I tell if my LG TV will be impacted? The easiest way to check is to open the DAZN app on the device which will display a message if it's being decommissioned. Alternatively, you can check your model against the full list below.

What exactly will happen when you end DAZN support on LG Netcast TV?
You will be unable to use the DAZN app on the LG Netcast TV to browse DAZN’s catalogue or watch sport. If you are a new DAZN user, the DAZN app will not be available to install from the LG Netcast TV store.
When will the DAZN app on Netcast TV stop working?
On 12th May 2021 globally.
Will you give me advance notice before ending LG Netcast TV support?
Yes we will email you about the end of support 30 days and 7 days in advance of the end date, besides notifying you each time you launch the DAZN app on LG Netcast TV during that period.
Which countries will this support be ended in?
Can I still watch DAZN on my LG Netcast TV after the support is ended?
Not through the LG Netcast TV app. However you can connect one of our wide selection of supported streaming devices and set top boxes to your TV via the HDMI port to watch DAZN.
What other devices can I watch DAZN on?
You will still be able to watch DAZN on any of our wide selection of platforms across Smart TVs, Set Top Boxes, Game Consoles, mobile devices and web browsers.
