You may have read that – despite discussions with the Pro League in which DAZN has constructively tried to find a solution – the agreement between DAZN and the Pro League has ended. Legal proceedings are ongoing. DAZN has expressed its willingness to mitigate the impact on football fans by continuing to produce and broadcast the matches until the end of the season. The Pro League has subsequently asked DAZN to do so.

For clarity: if, at any point, the Pro League content becomes unavailable before the end of a customer’s subscription period, DAZN will offer the option to switch to an alternative, lower-priced tier or to unsubscribe with immediate effect. In both cases, customers will receive a refund in accordance with the law.
