If you see aĀ 'Device Update Required'Ā message, it means your device software or DAZN app is out of date and needs to be updated before you can stream.

Follow the steps below to fix the issue:

  1. Restart your deviceĀ 
    Turn your device off and back on (or use theĀ RestartĀ option). Allow any pending system updates to complete before continuing.
  2. Delete the DAZN appĀ 
    From your device’s home screen, select and hold theĀ DAZNĀ app (or open the Options menu), then chooseĀ DeleteĀ orĀ Remove.
  3. CheckĀ you’reĀ signed into your app store accountĀ 
    Go to your device settings and make sure you’re signed in to your app store account.
  4. Reinstall DAZN from the app storeĀ 
    Open your device’s app store, search forĀ DAZN, and selectĀ InstallĀ orĀ Get.
  5. Open DAZNĀ 
    Launch the app again. You should now be able to stream as normal.
