Why am I being charged during a free trial?

DAZN doesn’t offer a free trial by itself. The 7-day trial is included with PPV purchases, and if it’s not cancelled before the trial ends, it rolls into a paid Monthly Flex plan.

I've paid for the event, but it says I need to buy again, why?

If you see a pending payment in your banking app after trying to buy an event ticket, but you're still being asked to pay again, it means something went wrong during the checkout process. You'll need to try buying the event again. Don't worry about the pending payment; it should disappear from your app within 5 days, depending on your bank.

I've paid for the PPV, but it looks like I have been charged more than once.

If you have paid for the PPV but you can see more than one payment in your banking App it means something went wrong in the checkout process. Please be assured though that these additional payments are pending payments and will be removed from your statement in up to 5 days, depending on your bank.

I've just paid for another month of my subscription. Why do I need to pay again for the PPV?

Your monthly subscription only gives you access to the content that is included in your plan. Major events—such as Chisora vs. Wilder — are sold as PPV and require an additional one-time payment, even if you already have an active subscription.

Do I need DAZN subscription to buy the Pay Per View event?

Yes, you do need an active subscription to view the PPV. Click here to sign up and subscribe to a plan of your choice. If you are already an active DAZN user, you can simply sign in and buy the PPV.

The picture seems to be buffering, what can I do?

Remember your broadband speeds affect the quality of the stream you receive. We suggest you check that there aren't other devices being used at the same time as they could be overloading your broadband strength.

I'm getting a message saying I'm logged in to too many devices.

Our PPV events will only allow one device to stream the event. If you are receiving this message then it's likely our system still recognizes another device you may have recently logged in to. To resolve this head to https://www.dazn.com/myaccount/devices where you will have the option to remove or sign out of all devices. Once you remove or sign out of all devices please wait around 10 minutes and log in to the device you would like to watch on.

I'm travelling abroad. Can I still watch or purchase a DAZN Pay-Per-View (PPV) event?

Yes, you can—here’s how it works depending on your subscription status:

  • If you have an active DAZN subscription:
Great news! You can buy and watch the PPV while travelling abroad – just log in and follow the instructions to buy, enjoy the fight.
  • If you don’t have an active DAZN subscription:
If you're seeing an error that the content isn't available in your country, it's likely because your old subscription is registered in a different region. To resolve this, simply re-register using a different email address and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your PPV purchase.
