Jarrell Miller is edging towards Derek Chisora when assessing the Brit’s upcoming clash with Deontay Wilder on April 4 , live on DAZN

The heavyweight veterans will meet at London’s O2 Arena, with each man taking part in their 50th professional bout with both enjoying impressive careers.

The pair have been rivals for a long time due to the length of their runs near the top of the heavyweight division and despite speculation linking them to bouts with each other in the past, the outspoken foes will finally do battle next month.

Both men enter the contest knowing that only a win will keep the door open for future major contests and that has become the fight’s key selling points as defeat for either could signal the end of their careers.

Chisora enters the contest in decent form after picking up three consecutive wins against respectable opposition since losing to Tyson Fury at the end of 2022.

For Wilder, he goes into the fight aiming to rediscover the devastating form that saw him reign as heavyweight champion for five years collecting a string of impressive knockouts along the way.

The heavy-handed American has lost four of his last six fights and he opposes Chisora as a decent sized underdog.

Miller, a leading contender at heavyweight who has been linked to fights with Wilder and Chisora in the past, has had his say on how he thinks things might play out when the action gets underway.

“Chisora is one of those guys that is so durable. He's so mentally strong. He has a physically fit stamina engine. He might look tired, but he can still fight. Deontay can't fight tired, not the way Chisora does. So, I'm thinking it's Chisora in this one,” said Miller when speaking to NewBettingOffers

"Best man wins, but I think Chisora's gonna get him. Deontay’s skills deteriorated when he changed trainers. I feel like if Wilder would have stuck to his name, being a wild man, fight wild and do wild shit, he would still be a guy threatening.

“But when you're trying to tame down the beast and become a boxer, he's not a boxer, he never made it through boxing. Now you're trying to change up his style, it's not working for him. Styles make fights, and Chisora has a style that definitely hurts him.”
