Tyson Fury to fight in Dublin before Anthony Joshua showdown
Last week came the news that Tyson Fury would fight in August before his clash with Anthony Joshua towards the end of 2026, now he's 'confirmed' a location for this warm-up bout.
Fury's training camp is underway in Thailand, and the former world heavyweight champion re-posted a video on his Instagram stories with the following caption, "Let's go, August 1, Dublin".
If this is indeed the case, it means Fury would be fighting on the undercard of Pierce O'Leary's super lightweight clash with Mark Chamberlain at the 3Arena.
An official announcement about Fury's next fight is supposed to be coming before the end of the week.
Former world champion Hasim Rahman to make comeback
Former world heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman is preparing to make a comeback at 53 years old.
Rahman has aspirations of becoming the oldest world heavyweight champion in history, and last fought in 2014 when he was beaten on points by Anthony Nansen in New Zealand.
The American most notorious moment came in 2001 when he shocked Lennox Lewis with a fifth round stoppage to become world heavyweight champion.
An opponent has not been confirmed, but Rahman is expecting to fight on Tuesday, July 14 at ESL Ballpark in Rochester, New York.
