Dave Allen is confident that he has left no stone unturned ahead of his next fight on Saturday night.
Taking place at Sheffield's Utilita Arena, Allen will face Arslanbek Makhmudov, live on DAZN, in what is the biggest fight of his career.
Before his knockout win against Johnny Fisher earlier this year, Allen was often mocked for his physique with him not looking as athletic compared to his fellow heavyweight contenders.
However, with a win against Makhmudov likely to land a major fight for the 'White Rhino', Allen is in great shape as shown by his Instagram profile as a result of changes in his diet.
Reflecting on his training camp, Allen singled out Yorkshire welterweight Joe Hayden, who features on Saturday's undercard, for being a huge help when it came to his nutrition.
"My diet’s been really good actually," Allen said in a video on his YouTube channel.
"Joe Hayden who is on the show as well, I said to him about 12 weeks ago, ‘Mate I need your help really. I’ve worked with nutritionists in the past, but we’re living together in camp, I need your help.’
"‘Not even in terms of what to eat really. I know what to eat, what not to eat, it’s common sense but basically, will you help me prepare my meals, will you tell me if I can have certain things.’
"He’s been a great help, fair play to him, really helped me out."
When it comes to Allen's current weight ahead of fight week, he revealed it is between 262lbs and 264lbs, but he expects to be even lighter come the weigh-in.
