Eddie Hearn wants more activity from two boxers.

Eddie Hearn has called on two of boxing’s brightest talents to spend more time in the ring by competing more than once a year.

Terence Crawford and Gervonta Davis feature high on boxing’s pound for pound list but it’s still unclear when either boxer will face action next.

Last year, both men scored the biggest wins of their careers, but they’ve been inactive instead of capitalising on their great victories.

Davis stopped Ryan Garcia last April before Crawford settled an old grudge with Errol Spence in the summer. Both battles took place in front of huge audiences and Hearn has urged the fighters to do more.

“You’ve got to stay active; that’s the thing with Terence Crawford – he’s going to be out the ring for nearly a year again,” said Hearn on The MMA Hour

“Take a fight to Omaha; defend your world titles.

“Gervonta Davis is another one. Tank is a superstar, but he needs to be more active. These guys have got to be fighting three times per year.”
