Ishmael Davis will look to mount the first successful defence of his Lonsdale Belt when he takes on Bilal Fawaz at super-welterweight in February.
'The Black Panther' arrested a run of defeats when he edged Sam Gilley earlier this month to take the British title at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
But Davis, who lost to Josh Kelly, Serhii Bohachuk and Caoimhin Agyarko in succession before his biggest success, won't wait long to defend it.
He takes on Fawaz, the incumbent English super-welterweight champion, fresh off an impressive duology of his own with Junaid Boston this year.
The pair will meet on the undercard of Leigh Wood and Josh Warrington's rematch at Motorpoint Arena Nottingham on Saturday, February 21.
The fight was announced following Ben Whittaker's victory over Benjamin Gavazi on Saturday, where the pair took part in a short comedy skit.
