Jamie Moore, who trains former undisputed title challenger Jack Catterall, believes Harlem Eubank is the 'perfect' opponent.
Catterall and Eubank will meet in an all-British welterweight affair on July 5, live on DAZN, with Manchester's AO Arena the venue.
After losing to Arnold Barboza Jr in February for the vacant WBO interim super lightweight title, Catterall will be starting a new chapter in his boxing career by moving up to welterweight.
However, Eubank will be a formidable test. While he may not have fought any names known to those outside of the hardcore boxing fandom, he has been expertly guided to a 21-0 record with nine of those wins coming by way of knockout.
Following his tenth round stoppage win against Tyrone McKenna, Eubank feels that he is now ready to make the step up and begin his charge towards a world title shot.
Catterall may not be the most eye-catching of fighters, but his impressive IQ allows him to work out his opponent's flaws before pressing for the win, and Moore is confident that 'El Gato's' problem solving ability will make the difference on fight night.
"Eubank for me is the perfect type of opponent where he has to show a little bit of something different, Jack," Moore told SpinBet.
"He's going to cause him a few problems, but Jack's a world class fighter and he's a problem solver."
Eubank will be hoping to make it two wins from two for his family after his cousin Chris Eubank Jr beat Conor Benn in a thrilling contest earlier this year.
