Jake Paul has confirmed a world champion bombshell ahead of his bout with Anthony Joshua, announcing that Caroline Dubois has signed with Most Valuable Promotions.

'The Problem Child' will step into the ring once more this month for the biggest fight of his life thus far, squaring off with the former two-time heavyweight champion in Miami.

But even as his own next steps inside the ropes grow closer, the American has further expanded the roster of talent outside them with the news Dubois will join his ranks.

The incumbent WBC lightweight champion, undefeated across her professional career so far at 11-0-1, will not have to wait long for a return to the ring too after her arrival.

Having last fought at the Royal Albert Hall in March, Dubois will face Camila Panatta in a title defence on the preliminary undercard of Paul and Joshua's bout at Kaseya Center.

Her arrival at MVP further swells the company's ranks of elite female talent, with the fighter-promoter having helped platform some of the sport's biggest stars across his career.

Ellie Scotney, Chantelle Cameron, Terri Harper, Savannah Marshall, Ramla Ali, and Shannon Courtenay are among the other British female fighters currently signed with him.

Paul meanwhile will seek to deliver a statement performance against Joshua in Florida, with the Briton seeking victory in his first bout since September last year after injury.
