Big-time boxing returns to Atlantic City when Jaron 'Boots' Ennis and Eimantas Stanionis meet in an IBF and WBA welterweight title unification bout on the Jersey Shore.
The eagerly anticipated world title unification takes place on Saturday, April 12, with both men hoping to put on a classic inside the Boardwalk Hall, live on DAZN.
The venue and Atlantic City is no stranger to hosting major boxing bouts and here DAZN News takes a look at five of the biggest fights to take place at what was for a time, the centre of boxing's biggest events.

The Boardwalk Hall was a regular fixture for fights involving Mike Tyson in his prime, and perhaps his most famous came in June 1988 when he faced off with Michael Spinks.
The Baddest Man on the Planet defended his undisputed heavyweight title against Jinx, and lived up to his promise in the build-up that he would "hurt" his opponent.
Tyson threw swinging shots from the off, frequently digging into his foe's skull, but it was a right hand to the body that ultimately proved too much for the challenger.
Left floored wincing in pain on the canvas, Spinks' world title shot was short lived, as Tyson further cemented himself as the most feared name in the sport of boxing.

After becoming the undisputed heavyweight champion in October 1990, Evander Holyfield delayed a meeting with Mike Tyson to instead face the legendary George Foreman.
This clash between two generational talents produced an exciting contest with round seven the highlight.
Holyfield's jab dominated in the early exchanges, but after a miss with the left hook, Foreman hit back with a right hook and unloaded punch after punch. Holyfield managed to stagger Foreman in the second minute of the round with a number of combinations, but while these shots took effect, 'Big George' survived the onslaught.
In the end Holyfield would win a thoroughly entertaining contest by unanimous decision.

It was time for the 'Golden Boy' Oscar De La Hoya to showcase his skills at Atlantic City with the luxury hotel Caesars hosting his WBC welterweight title fight against Wilfredo Rivera.
De La Hoya was a class above his opponent with a left hook in round two stunning his opponent.
The punishment continued for Rivera with cuts above his right eye and on his right cheek which got worse as the fight progressed.
In the end, it was the cuts which stopped the fight in round eight following advice from the ringside doctor and De La Hoya successfully retained his WBC welterweight title belt.

Following his thrilling trilogy with Micky Ward, Arturo Gatti went on to become a world champion at super lightweight after beating Gianluca Branco for the vacant WBC title.
Gatti was eager to defend his title against the rapidly rising Floyd Mayweather Jr, and after numerous disagreements, a deal was finally made for June 25 at Boardwalk Hall.
As was often the case in Mayweather fights, he dominated throughout and used the dark arts to get the upper hand. One notable example being in the first round when a Mayweather left hook sent Gatti into the ropes while the latter was focused on complaining to the referee.
Gatti's struggles were brought to an end at the end of round six when his trainer Buddy McGirt threw in the towel to crown Mayweather a three-weight world champion.

Andre Ward and Carl Froch went head-to-head in the Super Six World Boxing Classic Final at Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall with the WBA, WBC and The Ring super middleweight titles at stake.
The contest was an enjoyable one to watch with Ward's speed and movement helping him outbox Froch for the first half of the fight.
Ward tapered off in the second half of the contest with Froch winning some of the later rounds, but it was not enough to convince the three ringside judges.
All three scored the bout in Ward's favour crowning him a unified super middleweight champion and the winner of the Super Six World Boxing Classic.
