Katie Taylor's retirement bout has another potential contender, with Lauren Price vowing to put her welterweight crown up for grabs.
The former, a two-weight undisputed champion, will bow out of the sport with a farewell homecoming fight in Dublin later this year.
The hunt is currently on to find a fitting opponent for one of the sport's greatest stars, who has dreams of signing off at Croke Park.
Mikaela Mayer has already put her hand up to meet Taylor, and now Price has followed suit, offering her WBA, WBC, and IBF crowns.
"They need a big name in the sport, and when I look at it, I’m an Olympic champion, and she’s an Olympic champion,” she told The Ring.
"That could be a great fight in the summer. It would be a chance for her to fight for titles in another class. I absolutely respect Katie Taylor.
"It would be an honor to share the ring with her. She’s someone who I [have] looked up to over my career. She’s done phenomenal [things].
"[It is] not just for women's boxing, but boxing in general, and she put Ireland on the map. I would love to fight one of the best out there."
Katie Taylor's swansong already looks like it could be the hottest ticket in town for the cream of the crop across women's boxing.
With a trilogy against Amanda Serrano in the rearviewmirror, the Irish superstar does appear to have a championship pick to make.
Mikaela Mayer has already stumped up a welterweight title shot - but in Lauren Price, there is now a contender who could offer three.
That might be a carrot too hard to resist for Taylor, though she would have a decision to make on whether it is the division she wants.
Either way, her final bow is on the horizon - and it looks set to be a blockbuster that will live long in the memory of Dublin fight folklore.
