The duo headline a Golden Week blockbuster in the capital, as the former defends his undisputed super-bantamweight crown against his foe.
Inoue, widely considered one of the finest pound-for-pound fighters of his generation, will be keen to strike down yet another rival in the ring.
But in the shape of Nakatani, another multi-division champion with plenty under his own belt too, he will come against one of his toughest tests.

The fight is set to be held at Tokyo Dome, in Tokyo, Japan.
Opened in 1988, the 57,000-capacity venue is the pre-eminent venue in large-scale Japanese sport and is the home of Nippon Professional Baseball outfit Yomiuri Giants.
Few fighters can compare to 'The Monster' in the modern era, a four-weight world champion who has reigned as undisputed in two of those divisions.
A busy 2025, where he fought four times, further enhanced his reputation as the king of the division, but for many, he was killing time for this very bout.
Since breaking out as a flyweight champion himself, Nakatani has worked his way up the divisions to become a three-class kingpin himself in style.
The promise of two Japanese titans has long been a major draw for the domestic scene, though it nearly did not come to pass back in December.
Nakatani stepped up to super-bantamweight, and struggled to handle the extra weight against a wily Sebastian Hernandez for long parts of the fight.
With a clash under his belt however, the star will hope he can offer more against the biggest test of his career thus far on a historic occasion.
