Tommy Fury is set to end a 13-month absence from the ring this summer when he faces 2017 World's Strongest Man Eddie Hall.

The fight, which will be promoted by Misfits Boxing, will take place in Manchester on June 13, and it will be broadcast live on DAZN

Fury has not fought since May last year, when he beat Kenan Hanjalic by unanimous decision in Budapest.

His rival Hall has recently made the venture into combat sports, mostly in MMA and his debut last April was an impressive one.

Appearing at KSW 105, Hall faced fellow World's Strongest Man Mariusz Pudzianowski, and stopped him in 30 seconds.

Hall also went viral inside the cage after he took part in a tag team exhibition MMA bout against the Neffati Brothers.

Fury the favourite to beat World's Strongest Man

Despite not being a Misfits regular, Fury is one of the promotion's biggest names and was set to face Darren Till at the start of last year, before withdrawing.

He may be the smaller man against Hall, but Fury's superior boxing skills will make him favourite against a less mobile opponent in Hall.

If Fury does manage to get the win, then maybe talks will resume for a long-awaited meeting with Till who is undefeated in his four fights with Misfits so far.
