The Dallas Cowboys are the featured team on "Hard Knocks" for the third time.
The award-winning NFL training camp series focuses its cameras on the Cowboys ahead of the 2021 season, with the promise of big-time drama and unparalleled access to the team's preparations for a potentially pivotal season in the franchise's history.
Dallas missed the playoffs last season, meaning expectations for the second year under head coach Mike McCarthy have increased. McCarthy will welcome back Dak Prescott with open arms after the quarterback missed most of last season with an ankle injury, and "Hard Knocks" viewers will get to see just how Prescott's return is handled.
Meanwhile, Ezekiel Elliott will look to rebound from a relative down year (by his own lofty standards), and the preseason could play a big part in getting the three-time Pro Bowler back to the top of his game.
The Cowboys are now the leader in "Hard Knocks" appearances, but they've also missed the playoff in each of the prior year's during which they were the focus of the long-running show. McCarthy and Co. will look to reverse that trend — but first, the preseason.
Here's how you can catch "Hard Knocks" this season in Canada.
