Tua Tagovailoa, Miami’s oft-injured quarterback, enters Week 1 healthy and poised to attack a Colts defense that surrendered the NFL’s second-highest completion rate a season ago.

If he quickly rediscovers his rhythm with explosive back De’Von Achane and the dynamic receiving duo of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, the Dolphins’ offense could light up the scoreboard from the opening whistle.

The Colts' offense will be led by quarterback Daniel Jones, who edged out former first-rounder Anthony Richardson for the starting job. His ability to establish chemistry with wideout Michael Pittman Jr. and rookie tight end Tyler Warren will be key to whether the Colts can kick their season off with a win.
