Less than two months before his next bout, Aiemann Zahabi has no fear. In fact, he’s eager to step into the Octagon.

Riding a five-fight winning streak, Zahabi is determined to keep the momentum going, with MMA legend José Aldo as his next target at UFC 315.

"I’m fighting a guy who’s a megastar," Zahabi told DAZN News. "So a lot more people are going to be cheering for him than for me. But in the end, no one can fight for him."

Fighting at in his home province of Quebec, Zahabi will stand across from the loyal supporters of the “King of Rio.” But that won’t shake him. Quite the opposite, he explained.

"In the end, it's just me and him in the Octagon, nobody else," Zahabi said. "So I don't care how many people love him. I don't care how many people want him to win or how many people expect him to win.

"They can be as loud as they want. They can say whatever they want, talk trash about me, whatever. However, in the end, he has to fight me. I’m not fighting them, I’m fighting him."

With five consecutive wins, Zahabi is aiming to extend his streak in Montreal, in front of his home crowd. The stage is set for May 10.
