Wales and Ireland face off Saturday in the first round of the 2023 Women's Six Nations Championship.

The teams both finished midtable last year, with Wales in third place and Ireland right behind in fourth. But neither side was anywhere close to the top two, as winners England and runners-up France were both dominant throughout last year's tournament.

Now, the Welsh and Irish aim to close the gap on the top two, and they get their start against one another at Cardiff Arms Park.

Here's how you can watch the match.
