The Champions League knockout round began this week, as the last sixteen teams in the competition battled it out for a place in the quarter-finals.
There was a statement win for Arsenal as they hit seven past PSV, while Bayern Munich took a healthy lead into their second leg with Bayer Leverkusen after beating their fellow Germans 3-0.
However, for former Scotland striker Ally McCoist there remain two favourites for the competition, both of which take a winning advantage into their second-leg ties, too.
Speaking exclusively to DAZN News, thanks to talkSPORT Bet, McCoist has tipped Liverpool and Real Madrid as favourites to lift the trophy in Munich.
Madrid beat city rivals Atletico 2-1 in their first leg, while Liverpool's smash-and-grab win over PSG sets them up nicely for the return tie at Anfield - and McCoist can't seem past them two as winners.
"I've really enjoyed it so far. And it's now getting to the nitty gritty if you like," McCoist said.
"Liverpool have been brilliant. I saw them dismantle Real Madrid, and domestically, they've not put a foot wrong.
"However, it's getting to the nitty gritty now, isn't it? And you know what happens at the nitty gritty. Real Madrid turn up. Now, by the way, they're not through yet. Because the one team that Real Madrid did not want to get, I think, was Atletico Madrid. I think they'd rather have had anyone else, I really do. They didn't want Atletico Madrid.
I know they're sitting 2-1, but that tie's not finished. But I would suggest that those two would be my favourites.
"Maybe not in that order. Maybe Real Madrid slight favourites ahead of Liverpool.
"The one that I haven't really got a mention, well, they have got a mention, but maybe not to the extent I thought they might, would be Barcelona.
"But being honest with you, I still think Real Madrid will get through against Madrid. They would be my slight favourites."
