El Clasico is arguably the biggest match in club football, and it makes its way to the United States on Saturday.
Barcelona and Real Madrid are both stateside for their respective preseason tours, and there's no way the rivals' paths wouldn't cross while both are in North America. They'll renew hostilities in Las Vegas, an appropriate setting for the star power both sides can boast.
Barca, in particular, will be eager to further integrate their big-money summer signings ahead of the 2022-23 campaign. The Blaugrana spent big on Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski, with the latter not featuring in Barcelona's 6-0 hammering of MLS club Inter Miami on Tuesday. That means Lewandowski could pull the Barca shirt on for the first time against his new team's rival.
Meanwhile, Madrid's just starting their preseason and haven't made as big a splash in the transfer market. Of course, Los Blancos won the league last year and don't need as much of a rebuild as their Catalan counterparts, so they'll be looking to regain their sharpness and cohesiveness as quickly as possible.
There's no better opportunity to do so than El Clasico, regardless of the venue.
