The FIFA Club World Cup champions are not resting on their laurels with the Premier League and Champions League campaigns around the corner.
On the incoming player front, there is a "concrete possibility" that the Blues sign both Alejandro Garnacho and Xavi Simons. Chelsea's priority is to get Simons across the line, with the deal standing at a 70% chance of happening, but the London side have also made contact with Manchester United about Garnacho, who prefers to stay in the Premier League.
Heading the other way could be Christopher Nkunku, Nicolas Jackson and Raheem Sterling, as Chelsea look to make space for their growing squad. Nkunku has been given the go-ahead to leace the club, Jackson is linked with Newcastle and Manchester United, and Sterling could head to Fulham or Napoli.

Isak's next destination is one of the biggest talking points this summer, with the prolific Newcastle striker heavily linked to Liverpool.
As of Monday, the deal has a 60% chance of completion, as there is still "a lot to do" to bring the teams to an agreement. Liverpool made contact with the Magpies two weeks ago and are ready to make a Premier League record proposal for the 25-year-old, who is open to a move to Anfield above all other potential suitors.

The Leipzig forward has a 50-50 chance of ending up with either Manchester United or Newcastle, who have emerged as the two main options for Sesko after Arsenal's interest waned when they signed Viktor Gyokeres.
Sesko would be Newcastle's primary transfer target if Isak departs, and the Magpies have already spoken to his agent and presented their project. Meanwhile, the Red Devils have also made contact in recent days and are working to entice Sesko with a desirable set of terms.
