Milan vs Atalanta preview: Team news, prediction, date, and how to watch Serie A on DAZN

The Serie A title might have been wrapped up, but with three games left of the Italian season, there are still places to be decided at both ends of the table. 

DAZN is showing 380 live games across the 2025-26 campaign, and Matchday 36 sees Milan hosting Atalanta. 

Milan have had to endure the frustration at seeing their city rivals in celebration mode this week after Inter sealed their 21st Scudetto last weekend. 

It won't feel like it now, but the Rossoneri have made great strides after such a disappointing campaign last year, and they can finish it by guaranteeing Champions League football next term. 

Max Allegri's side currently have a three-point cushion ahead of Roma in fifth place, so one more victory should be enough to see them back among the elite in 2026-27. 

That win could come against Atalanta this weekend, who look like they have too much to do at this late stage of the season to see them bag European football again. Atalanta are seven points off a Europa Conference League place, but it would need a big turnaround for them to finish in the top six.

Milan 

Allegri could ring the changes following the flat performance against Sassuolo. Fikayo Tomori is suspended for the game, with Luka Modric also still sidelined. Santiago Gimenez could start up front after impressing off the bench on his return from injury.

Milan will want to complete their remit of getting back into the Champions League and can do it with a victory on Sunday. With Atalanta without a win in four, this should be a home win for the Rossoneri.
