PSV vs. Arsenal: Preview, team news, prediction for Champions League match

It may be one of the most intriguing match-ups in the Champions League's round of 16 and it kicks off Tuesday as PSV Eindhoven host Arsenal in the first leg.

PSV are once again one of the best sides in the Eredivisie, sitting in second place after 24 matches. However, their form has slipped over the past month as they are winless in four league matches, which has allowed leaders Ajax to build an eight-point advantage at the top of the table.
