All Serie A eyes will be focused on Milan this weekend as Inter and AC take to the stage in what's likely to be the last remnants of a title contest between the two rivals.

Whatever the result, the race for the top four continues at pace, with five teams hoping to finish in the Champions League places.

Here's the full schedule for Matchday 28 of the Serie A season, plus how to watch all the action live on DAZN

Things to watch out for this weekend in Serie A

Derby d-day

The Derby della Madonnina is always one of the big occasions of the Italian calendar, and the two city rivals go into the final meeting of the season sitting in the top two places in the table.

Unfortunately, it isn't much of a title fight, though. Inter have a dominant ten-point lead over Milan, which takes the sting out of building this match as a 'title decider'.

However, a win for the Nerazzurri would all but end the Scudetto race, with what would likely be an uncatchable lead, putting the onus on the 'home' side on this one.

The Rossoneri have already beaten Inter this season, and if they can complete the double, it might just breathe a little life into the final weeks of the season and a possible championship battle.

Serie A six-pointer

With Pisa and Hellas Verona looking like having an uphill battle to survive this season, it realistically means there is one more place to fill below the dreaded dotted line.

This weekend, two of the teams locked on the same points just above the bottom meet as Lecce entertain Cremonese in a real six-pointer of a game.

David Nicola's side are on a wretched run, which hasn't seen Cremonese taste victory since the start of December and are in real danger of going straight back down to Serie B.

Their hosts, Lecce, did manage a mini-revival last month with wins over Udinese and Cagliari, but have since suffered back-to-back defeats and seen them slip back into danger.

Both will be desperate for a victory, one that they will hope to use as a springboard to move away from the relegation zone.

Who's up for the chase?

With Milan busy with the derby, it gives the teams below them the chance to close the gap and try to strengthen their claims on a top four spot.

Napoli begin on Friday by hosting Torino, looking to build on last week's late win and the return of Romelu Lukaku, while Juventus are expected to get the better of struggling Pisa.

For Roma, they travel to Genoa and Como take on Cagliari in two tricky ties, which could see another twist in the Champions League chase come the end of the round.
