Fill your boots with a whole day of Italian football action as Serie A hosts a penultimate weekend where all ten games are on the same day.

From the early morning buffet of five offerings - including the Rome derby - and finishing with the teams involved in the relegation scrap, it's a day where there's still plenty to get excited about and get decided.

Here's the full schedule for Matchday 37 of the Serie A  season, plus how to watch all the action live

Things to watch out for this weekend in Serie A

Milan's crumble

This was supposed to be the season of change for the Rossoneri, but after falling away in the title race, they are now in real danger of missing out on a Champions League place, too.

Back-to-back defeats have seen the chasing pack gain ground on Milan, and they now sit in fourth place, clinging onto the last top four spot by two points.

Whilst getting the club back into Europe was Max Allegri's remit at the start of the season, after the promising campaign they've had it would now be a bit of a blow to settle for Europa football next term.

A win is massively required away at Genoa to get them over the line, or it could be all to play for on the final day.

Who can save their skins?

Jamie Vardy's script writer has been at it again, because he's back for Cremonese and ready to save the day.

His goal in last weekend's win over Pisa means his side are still alive and kicking in the relegation scrap with two games to play and just a point separating Cremonese and Lecce.

This weekend they both face away days, with Udinese playing host to Vardy and co, while Lecce go to Sassuolo.

Can they take the battle to the final day? And what say will the Leicester legend still have in the scrap?

Capital clash

A derby day in Serie A at the Olimpico Stadium, where Roma host city rivals Lazio, determined to nab a top four spot.

Lazio may have nothing left to play for, but putting a dent in Roma's Champions League hopes would go down very well with the home fans, and it would gain some revenge on their derby defeat earlier in the campaign.
