Here, DAZN News takes a look at 20 managers who make up this season's top flight. 

Serie A on DAZN

AC Milan - Massimiliano Allegri

The Italian was reappointed as Milan’s head coach in May, having previously managed them from June 2010 to January 2014.

Allegri succeeded Sergio Conceicao, who was sacked after only six months in charge of the Rossoneri.

Atalanta

Raffaele Palladino

Ivan Juric's miserable 2025 continued as he was shown the exit door in November, just three months into the season.

Former Fiorentina boss Palladino has now been tasked with turning Atalanta's season around.

 

Bologna - Vincenzo Italiano

The former Fiorentina coach was appointed in June 2024 to replace Thiago Motta.

Last season, Italiano led Bologna to success in the Coppa Italia, the club’s first major trophy in 51 years, and recently extended his contract until 2027.

 

 

Cagliari - Fabio Pisacane

The 39-year-old former defender was promoted from the youth team job to become Cagliari’s new head coach this summer.

The Sardinians had secured their Serie A safety under Davide Nicola, but it was decided by mutual consent that they would part ways after just one season together.

 

Como - Cesc Fabregas

The 38-year-old former Arsenal, Barcelona and Spain midfielder has become one of Europe’s most exciting young coaches after just one year at Como.

Fabregas helped the Lariani secure Serie A survival in their first season back in the top flight in 20 years.

Cremonese - Davide Nicola

On July 2, newly promoted Cremonese confirmed the appointment of Nicola as their new head coach.

The Grigiorossi announced that the Italian tactician had signed a contract until June 30, 2027.

 

Fiorentina - Paolo Vanoli

Fiorentina parted ways with Stefano Piolo in November after failing to win any of their first ten games of the season and replaced him with Paolo Vanoli, who was last seen in charge at Torino. 

 

Genoa - Daniele De Rossi 

Patrick Vieira was sacked at the start of November following Genoa's winless start and has been replaced by Italy legend Daniele De Rossi, his first management role since his spell in charge of his former club, Roma.

Inter Milan - Cristian Chivu

Inter Milan appointed the Romanian on a two-year deal in place of Simone Inzaghi, who left the role following the Italian side’s 5-0 Champions League final loss to Paris Saint-Germain.

 

Juventus - Luciano Spalletti 

The vastly experienced boss took charge of Juventus in October following the sacking if Igor Tudor. 

Spalletti was last seen as head coach of the Italian national team but has Serie A perdigree with Inter, Roma and Napoli, who he led to the title in 2023.

 

Lazio - Maurizio Sarri

The former Chelsea boss rejoined Lazio as head coach in June – 15 months after leaving the role.

The 66-year-old replaced Marco Baroni, who led the Serie A side to a seventh-placed finish last season to miss out on European football.

Lecce - Eusebio Di Francesco

Despite being relegated with Venezia, the former Roma boss Eusebio Di Francesco returned to Serie A tis summer as the new manager of Lecce.

The 55-year-old signed a one-year contract, with an option to automatically extend by another year if they avoid relegation.

 

Napoli - Antonio Conte

The former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur manager was appointed the new boss of Napoli on a three-year deal last summer.

Last season’s championship success meant Conte has won the Serie A title with three different sides after three Scudettos in charge of Juventus and another at Inter.

Parma - Carlos Cuesta

The former Arsenal assistant was Mikel Arteta’s right-hand man for the past five years before taking up his first senior managerial role earlier this summer.

Cuesta, who signed a two-year contract with Parma, replaced Cristian Chivu who left to join Inter Milan.

 

Pisa - Alberto Gilardino

Gilardino was appointed at Pisa this summer following their promotion to Serie A, signing a two-year contract with option for a third.

The job became vacant after Pippo Inzaghi quit for a new challenge at Palermo instead.

 

Roma - Gian Piero Gasperini

Roma appointed Gasperini on a three-year contract this summer as a replacement for Claudio Ranieri.

Gasperini guided Atalanta to third in Italy’s Serie A and qualification for the Champions League this season.

 

Sassuolo - Fabio Grosso

Grosso, a former World Cup winner with Italy, was appointed as Sassuolo's manager in June 2024.

Last season he led them to promotion back to Serie A after just one season in Serie B.

 

Torino - Marco Baroni

Baroni replaced Paolo Vanoli and signed a two-year contract at Torino this summer.

Baroni parted ways with Lazio after one season in charge, and Maurizio Sarri’s return to the Rome club was announced on the same day.

Udinese - Kosta Runjaic

Earlier this summer, Udinese extended Runjaic’s contract to June 2027 following an impressive first season.

The 54-year-old was a surprise appointment last summer but he comfortably guided the club to mid-table in Serie A.

 

Hellas Verona - Paolo Zanetti

Verona appointed Zanetti last summer after seeing their previous boss, Marco Baroni, join Lazio.

Zanetti guided Verona to a 14th-placed finish in Serie A in 2024-25.
