Now the nail-biting finale to the National League North campaign has finished, attention turns to the clubs still fighting for promotion in the division's end of season play-offs.

Brackley Town triumphed on the final day and will be a National League team next season, but who could be joining them through the play-off route in 2025-26?

Already in the semi-finals

The play-offs work slightly differently in the National League than the Football League, with two sides already through to the semi-finals.

Having finished 2nd and 3rd in the league respectively, both Scunthorpe United and Kidderminster Harriers automatically go through and will await the winners of the other two 'Play-off Eliminator' games.

Play-off Eliminator games this week

Chorley will fancy their chances of getting through to the semi-finals after they thrashed Rushall Olympic 5-1 on the final day and will take that momentum into their home clash with King's Lynn Town.

Adam Lakeland's King's Lynn had a last-day wobble against Buxton and will need to bounce back strongly to avoid seeing their season end on Tuesday night.

Chester vs Buxton

Having finished fourth in the league and unbeaten in their last six, Chester are the form team going into the first phase of the play-offs and finished the season strongly by comfortably beating fellow contenders King's Lynn Town 3-0 on their own patch.
