Mbappé has averaged 5.8 shots on goal and 3.7 shots on target per 90 minutes at the World Cup, and while Yamal hasn't made the same impression, he sits at 5.7 shots and 1.97, respectively.
On that basis, and even allowing for a decrease in those numbers due to the quality of the opposition each faces, both players have a reasonable chance of covering these markets.
If you want to go a little safer, reduce Yamal's total shots to two, which changes the odds to 2.65.

And if you fancy pushing the boat out, add Mbappé as an anytime goalscorer, adding to his eight-goal tally, and back Mikel Oyazarbal, who has 1.7 shots on target at the tournament, to force Mike Maignan into one save, which increases the odds to 5.84.
Odds correct as of July 13, 2026. Recommended bets are advised for over-18s.
