What are DAZN prepaid codes or gift cards?
- DAZN prepaid cards or codes can be used as a payment method for the DAZN PLUS subscription without using an online credit card or as a gift.
- DAZN prepaid cards or codes entitle you to the DAZN PLUS plan for the number of months indicated.
- DAZN prepaid cards or codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- DAZN prepaid cards or codes can only be used in the country in which they were purchased.
- DAZN prepaid cards or codes are non-refundable. After applying a prepaid code to an account, you can watch DAZN PLUS until the prepaid period runs out.
What plan do I have access to via a DAZN prepaid card or code?
DAZN prepaid cards and codes give you access to the DAZN PLUS plan.
Where can I get a DAZN prepaid code?
At this moment you can get a DAZN prepaid code in one of the following ways:
- Digital Prepaid Cards: Startselect, Amazon, Euronics and GameStop.
- Prepaid Cards: available for purchase at Mediaworld, Unieuro, Euronics, Expert, Trony, Comet, Esselunga, Carrefour, Coop, Bennet, Penny Market and GameStop.
- Prepaid Codes: can be purchased at Mooney e PuntoLis stores, or in a welfare programme of your company.
- Special Codes: occasionally you may find prepaid codes in addition to a product offered by a partner or as a prize in a contest.
How do I redeem a DAZN prepaid code?
To redeem a prepaid code, follow these instructions:
- Go to www.dazn.com/redeem
- Gently scratch the silver cover on the back of the card and discover your code (If you have a code on your receipt, the code to use is that.)
- Enter the code in the space provided and confirm.
Once you have entered the code correctly, follow the on-screen procedure to create a new account or access an existing one. Depending on the prepaid code used, you may be asked to enter an additional payment method.
If you purchased the DAZN prepaid card in the store, adding an additional payment method is always optional.
N.B.: There are cases in which the code can only be used by certain types of customers. For example, some codes can only be used by new customers. Always read the information about the prepaid code to know the applicable conditions. If in doubt, contact Customer Service, attaching a photo of your prepaid code.
Can I use a prepaid card or code if I already have a current DAZN subscription?
- If you have an ongoing DAZN PLUS subscription you can immediately apply the prepaid card or code. Your prepaid period will begin at the end of the current billing cycle.
- If you have a current DAZN Standard subscription and activate a prepaid card or code, the new DAZN PLUS prepaid subscription will start immediately. The duration of the DAZN PLUS subscription to which you will have access will correspond to the months of the card or prepaid code entered. Otherwise, you have two options:
2. Cancel the current subscription (active via credit card or PayPal) and wait for the account to be closed with the relative confirmation via email. At this point it is possible to reactivate the subscription using the card or the prepaid code"
Can I use a prepaid card or code if I am paying for the subscription through a third party?
- If you are paying through a third party (Apple iTunes, Amazon In App Payment, Google) to apply a DAZN prepaid code you will have to cancel the subscription in progress, wait for the account to be closed with the relative confirmation via email, also from DAZN, and reactivate the subscription using the prepaid code.
- If you have a package that includes DAZN, billed by a third party you can keep the prepaid code and use it when the account is no longer linked to a third-party package or apply it to another DAZN account.
Can I cancel my account while using a prepaid code or gift card?
Once a prepaid code has been activated, your access to DAZN PLUS will be guaranteed until the prepaid period ends.
What happens to my account when the card or prepaid code expires?
- If you have not entered an additional payment method (credit card or PayPal) on your account, your DAZN PLUS subscription will expire at the end of the prepaid period.
- If you have entered an additional payment method on your account, at the end of your prepaid period your DAZN PLUS subscription will automatically renew every month at 49,99€ per month. You can cancel it whenever you want by selecting "Cancel subscription" from "My Account".
Can I change my payment method while using the prepaid code or gift card?
You can change your payment method by going to the "My Account" section. The new payment method entered will be activated when the current prepaid period expires. In case of problems, contact Customer Service.
Can I change the subscription plan if I am paying by card or prepaid code?
- No, the prepaid code gives you access to the DAZN PLUS plan until the expiry of the prepaid period.
- If you have not entered an additional payment method on your account, your DAZN PLUS subscription will expire at the end of the prepaid period. At this point you can reactivate your subscription, using a credit card or PayPal, in the ""my Account"" area by choosing the plan you prefer.
Can't redeem your DAZN prepaid code?
If you are unable to redeem your DAZN prepaid code, you may find yourself in one of these situations:
The prepaid code has not been entered correctly:
Check that you have entered the prepaid code correctly and try typing it again.
Be careful:
- If you have purchased a DAZN prepaid card or code, your code will be 15 characters long.
- All DAZN codes are case sensitive.
Do not confuse:
A capital "o" (O) and the number zero (0)
A lowercase "L" (l), an uppercase "i" (I) and the number one (1)
If you entered the code correctly but continue to display an error message, contact Customer Service.
Your profile may not have the correct characteristics to use the code:
Check that your account is not linked to a payment through a third party (Apple iTunes, Amazon In
App Payment, Google) and that your subscription is not part of a third party billed plan. For more information see the point "Can I use a prepaid code if I am paying for the subscription through a third party"
Check that the code is not dedicated exclusively to certain categories of customers on the terms and conditions received with the code. For example, some codes can only be used by new customers.

The prepaid code could be expired.
The error message you are receiving may mean that the 12 months have elapsed after which it is no longer possible to redeem the code.
Check the expiration date of your code on the receipt or contact Customer Service.
Check the terms and conditions of the DAZN prepaid codes.
The prepaid code could have been purchased or issued in a country that is different to the one in which you are trying to activate it.
What happens if I have a prepaid DAZN code purchased before 02/08/2022?
All DAZN prepaid cards and codes can be activated within 12 months from the date of purchase and give access to the DAZN PLUS plan.
What happens if I already have an active subscription through a prepaid DAZN code with expiration after 02/08/2022?
Starting from 02/08/2022 you will automatically have access to the DAZN PLUS plan until the expiry of the prepaid period.
- If you have not entered an additional payment method (credit card or PayPal) on your account, your DAZN PLUS subscription will expire at the end of the prepaid period.
- If you have entered an additional payment method on your account, at the end of your prepaid period your DAZN PLUS subscription will automatically renew every month at 49,99€ per month. You can cancel it whenever you want by selecting "Cancel subscription" from "My Account".
Can I use a voucher in conjunction with an annual subscription?
Yes, if it is an annual subscription with prepayment paid by PayPal, Klarna, credit card or standard direct debit. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to use a voucher in conjunction with an annual subscription that is paid monthly.

1. ABOUT US
We are a subscription service that provides subscribers with access to a wide range of sports events from around the world streamed to a range of devices including Internet-connected TVs, computers, and other platforms ("DAZN Service"). To enhance the enjoyment of the DAZN Service, we also provide recommendations of broadcasts users might be interested in and other interesting sports information.
The DAZN Service is provided by DAZN Limited (“DAZN”).
2. PREPAID CARDS AND GIFT CODES
1. Prepaid cards (“Cards” or, individually, “Card”) and gift codes (“Codes” or, individually, “Code”) are issued by DAZN and can be purchased at authorized third-party stores or via any other ad hoc methods specified.
2. Cards and Codes can be activated within twelve months from the date of purchase, can be used only once and, subject to the conditions in point 3 below, allow access to the DAZN Service at the price and for the validity period of the Card or Code purchased.
3. In order to use Cards or Codes, the buyer (“User”) must: a) create a new DAZN account – only if 18 years old and after accepting the DAZN Service conditions of use (“Conditions of Use”) and after reading and accepting the privacy policy on www.dazn.com – or already have an account with a direct payment method to DAZN; b) have a device that supports the DAZN Service and an internet connection with the minimum connectivity requirements, and the supported devices listed on www.dazn.com or in the Conditions of Use.
4. Cards and Codes are non-refundable and can only be used in Italy.
3. EXPIRY AND RENEWAL
3.1 After a Card or Code has been activated, without prejudice to the provisions in article 3.2, letter b), below, access to the DAZN Service – and the relevant user account – will be guaranteed until the expiry date of the Card or Code.
3.2. If during the activation of the Card or Code, as provided in article 3 above:
a) the User has not entered the payment details for one of the methods available, access to the DAZN Service will end on the date the Card or Code expires.
b) the User has entered the payment details for one of the payment methods available, access to the DAZN Service will be renewed every month at DAZN Service's normal price, which will be automatically debited when the Card or Code expires and then every month thereafter, using the payment details provided by the User when they opened their DAZN account.
3.3 User may request to cancel the automatic renewal at any time using one of the following methods:
1. by logging into “My Account” LINK (URL: https://my.dazn.com/it-IT/myaccount/subscription/cancel) and clicking on "Cancel Subscription”.
2. by contacting Customer Services at the LINK (URL: https://dazn.com/help?chat=direct);
3. by sending a clear request to this effect to DAZN Limited, Piazza San Babila n. 3, 20122 Milan (MI).
4. LOST, DESTROYED, OR UNREADABLE CARDS AND CODES
4.1. The risk of accidental loss, destruction, or illegibility of Codes or Cards passes to the User at the time of the purchase. The User is solely responsible for preserving and using the Card or Code and for any proper and/or improper use that may be made of it.
4.2. DAZN shall not be responsible for the theft, loss, or unauthorized use of Cards or Codes.
5. PERMITTED USE
Cards and Codes may only be used for their permitted use. The User therefore undertakes not to use them in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation and/or in any illegal or fraudulent manner, nor for illegal or fraudulent purposes or effects.
6. AMENDMENTS
DAZN will notify Users of any amendments to these Conditions at their most recent registered email address. Any changes to payment conditions will also by directly notified to Users via the same method. These notifications will clearly state the changes and the relevant reasons as well as the period of sixty (60) days, starting from the date of the notification, within which Users may withdraw from the contract if they do not wish to accept the amendments. If the User does not notify the intention of withdrawing from the contract within the deadline, the amendments will be deemed accepted. However, by way of derogation, any amendments to comply with laws and regulations, even in the event of changes in the law, can have immediate effect.
