With EU portability, you can watch DAZN content from your home country even when you are traveling in other EEA (European Economic Areas) countries. For example, if you live in Italy and do not want to miss your favourite sporting event while traveling in Austria, where Italian sports are not available on DAZN, EU portability ensures you can still watch it.
When using DAZN in countries with EU portability, you will see the same content you would at home. If you are outside the EU or in a country without EU portability, you will have access to the free content available in that country.

Troubleshooting EU Portability
Denied EU Portability
EU portability is regulated by specific rules. When you sign up, your account undergoes automatic checks. If you do not have a valid, recurring payment method linked to your account (e.g., if you signed up with a code or gift card and did not add a payment method), you might be denied EU portability.
We cannot manually adjust this after registration. To enjoy EU Portability, ensure you add a valid payment method when you sign up.
Accessing DAZN in another country
You can use DAZN normally in other countries. If you have already signed in, just open the app and start watching. If not, sign in through your browser or app and continue as usual.
Signing up for DAZN from other EU countries
You need to sign up for DAZN from the country where you permanently reside. EU portability is available for EEA countries mentioned above.
How can customers who have DAZN included in their provider's package create a DAZN account from other countries?
If your DAZN subscription is included in your provider’s package, you must create your DAZN account in the country where you signed up through your provider.
Downloading the DAZN App
- Google Play Store: Download the DAZN app on any network in a country where DAZN is available.
- App Store: Download the DAZN app if you are logged into an Apple account in any country where DAZN is live.
We recommend installing the DAZN app before you travel. Alternatively, you can watch DAZN through your web browser in any EU country.
Resubscribing after a break
If you have paused your subscription or are resubscribing after a cancellation, you would not need to be re-verified when you reactivate your account. EU portability verification happens automatically upon resubscription.
