How do I Sign up for DAZN using PayPal?

You can sign up with PayPal only through a web browser. Here is how:

  • Go to www.dazn.com. 
  • Enter your name, email address, and create a password to sign up.
  • Click on the profile icon at the top right corner.
  • Click on My Account. 
  • Click on Subscription.
  • Click on Manage payment method.
  • Under Change payment method, click PayPal.
  • Review and confirm your payment on the PayPal checkout page.

Upon completion of your payment, you will be redirected to DAZN homepage, and your subscription will start instantly.

You will receive:

  • DAZN welcome email: Confirms your subscription start, first payment date, and amount.
  • PayPal confirmation: A receipt after your first payment, then with each recurring charge.

Note: DAZN will not email you for subsequent payments.

What if my PayPal payment is declined?

If a payment fails:

  • DAZN emails you with a link to My Account to update payment details.
  • You will have 2 days to update your payment method before you lose access.
  • You will receive a ‘Payment declined’ email.
Error Signing up with PayPal?

You will be redirected to the DAZN payment page: try again or change your payment method.

Is PayPal charged automatically?

Yes, PayPal is charged automatically.

Can I use PayPal’s ‘Pay After Delivery’ option?

No, this option is not available since DAZN access begins immediately.

How do I switch to PayPal after I have already subscribed?

Your PayPal account will now be used for all future payments from your next billing cycle.

Paying via a Third Party (e.g., Apple, Amazon)?

You can't switch to PayPal from My Account. You need to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe on www.dazn.com using PayPal.

Where do I see my PayPal payment history?

On DAZN: 

  • Log in to My Account.
  • Click on Payment History to view your PayPal payment history.

Alternative: 

  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Search for 'DAZN' to view your PayPal payment history.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your DAZN subscription anytime following these steps:

  • Open the DAZN app and click the profile icon at the top right corner.
  • Go to My Account.
  • Scroll to the footer section and click Cancel.
  • Click on continue.
  • Choose your preferred reason for cancelling subscription. 
    Note: You will see a list of offers available exclusively for you. If you would like to keep your subscription, click on Check out this offer. Otherwise, click on No thanks.
  • Enter your password to cancel subscription and complete the process.

You will continue having access to DAZN until the end of your current billing period.

When you successfully cancel your subscription, you will receive one email: confirmation from DAZN that you have cancelled your subscription. 

You will not receive an email from PayPal if you cancel your subscription from My Account in DAZN. You will only receive an email from PayPal if you cancel your payment to DAZN from within PayPal itself.  

Can I use PayPal on any device?

Yes, registration and changes via PayPal are only possible from the website (mobile, tablet, or desktop). Manage your PayPal account on any supported device.

Can I use a Gift Code with PayPal?

Yes, you can apply a gift code and pay with PayPal on the website.

Is it possible to switch PayPal accounts?

Yes. You can now switch PayPal accounts. 

  • Go to My Account.
  • Click on Manage payment method.
  • Click on Change payment method.
  • Select PayPal and enter the details of your preferred PayPal account to complete the process.
