Switch to a different subscription plan

Direct DAZN payments:

  • Log in to β€˜My Account,’
  • Go to β€˜Manage Subscription,’ and select β€˜Change Plan’
  • Alternatively, you can speak to one of our customer support agents who can help you choose a different plan.

Third-Party payments (e.g., Google, Apple):

You can change your plan directly through the subscription section of the relevant app store.

Can I change plans at anytime?
  • Monthly (30-day) Plans: Yes, you can request to switch to a different plan at any time via β€˜Change Plan’ on β€˜Manage Subscription.’
  • Annual Plans (Upfront or Instalments): You can change your plan by following the same steps as for the monthly plan.
When does the change take effect?

Plan changes apply at your next renewal:

  • Monthly Plans: On your next billing date.
  • Annual Plans: At the end of the annual term.

Until then, your current plan remains active, and you can view its details in the β€˜DAZN subscription’ tab of β€˜My account’. The details of the new plan will be visible after renewal.

What If I change my mind?

You can cancel your plan change at any time by following steps:

  • Go to β€˜My Account’ and click the β€˜Subscription’ tab.
  • Select β€˜Cancel Plan Change.’

Note: Your current plan will continue without change (it may take a few minutes for the update to appear on your account).

Are there other ways to change my plan?

Occasionally, we may offer promotions that lower your plan. Any changes made through promotional offers will always take effect at the next renewal.

Can I change my subscription during a plan change?

While a plan change is in progress, some features of β€˜My Account’ (such as upgrading your plan or changing your payment method) are limited. To reactivate them, first cancel the plan change via β€˜My Account.’
