Switch to a different subscription plan
Direct DAZN payments:
- Log in to βMy Account,β
- Go to βManage Subscription,β and select βChange Planβ
- Alternatively, you can speak to one of our customer support agents who can help you choose a different plan.
Third-Party payments (e.g., Google, Apple):
You can change your plan directly through the subscription section of the relevant app store.
- Monthly (30-day) Plans: Yes, you can request to switch to a different plan at any time via βChange Planβ on βManage Subscription.β
- Annual Plans (Upfront or Instalments): You can change your plan by following the same steps as for the monthly plan.
Plan changes apply at your next renewal:
- Monthly Plans: On your next billing date.
- Annual Plans: At the end of the annual term.
Until then, your current plan remains active, and you can view its details in the βDAZN subscriptionβ tab of βMy accountβ. The details of the new plan will be visible after renewal.
You can cancel your plan change at any time by following steps:
- Go to βMy Accountβ and click the βSubscriptionβ tab.
- Select βCancel Plan Change.β
Note: Your current plan will continue without change (it may take a few minutes for the update to appear on your account).
Occasionally, we may offer promotions that lower your plan. Any changes made through promotional offers will always take effect at the next renewal.
While a plan change is in progress, some features of βMy Accountβ (such as upgrading your plan or changing your payment method) are limited. To reactivate them, first cancel the plan change via βMy Account.β
