If you want to be flexible monthly, the price is €44.99.
2. What will happen to existing customers?
Nothing will change for most existing customers. Only a small number of existing customers who are still benefiting from old prices on their flexible monthly subscription will be offered options to choose from to continue watching the best live sport in one place only on DAZN. We will contact those customers individually. There will be no automatic pricing updates for individual customers. If you think you belong to this customer group, just wait until we will be in touch with you. Until we get in touch, your subscription will not change and there's no need for you to do anything.3. When will things change for other existing customers?
There are currently no plans to change anything for other existing customers.4. I have heard that all existing customers will now have to pay €44.99 is this right?
No, that is not correct. Only if you want the flexibility to cancel your DAZN subscription on a monthly basis will it cost €44.99 per month. The popular monthly instalment option is €34.99 for 12 months guaranteed.
5. If I pay €29.99 now for my monthly flexible subscription, will pay €44.99 in the future and from which date will the price increase become effective?
Already months ago, we updated the price for the monthly flexible DAZN UNLIMITED option to €44.99. Nevertheless, there is a small number of existing customers who are still benefiting from old prices on their flexible monthly subscription and pay less. We will proactively offer those customers options to choose from to continue watching the best live sport in one place only on DAZN. Yes, if you keep your subscription active, you'll keep all the features and content you've signed up for.7. Is it possible to purchase the individual packages on a monthly basis?
Yes, it is possible to subscribe to all three packages on a flexible monthly basis. However, the annual subscriptions will save you the most.8. What happens if I cancel my current subscription?
If you cancel your current subscription and wish to return later, you will have access to the then applicable pricing structure, as with all new customers.9. What are the cancellation periods?
If you have a monthly membership and pay DAZN directly, your 30-day cancellation period starts on the day you cancel. From the day you cancel your monthly membership, you will be able to use DAZN as usual for 30 days, after which the cancellation will take effect. If you have an annual membership, you can also cancel at any time, but your membership will continue until the end of your billing period. The 30-day cancellation period does not apply.10. Can I switch from one annual membership plan to another?
If you have a subscription for DAZN WORLD or DAZN SUPER SPORTS in an annual plan, you can upgrade to a higher plan, such as DAZN UNLIMITED, at any time with immediate effect by going to "My Account". Downgrading from a DAZN UNLIMITED annual subscription to a DAZN SUPER SPORTS annual subscription or from a DAZN SUPER SPORTS annual subscription to a DAZN WORLD annual subscription will not take effect until your current annual subscription has expired and you have signed up again.11. What happens if I want to change my existing account from monthly to annual or vice versa? Will I be treated as a new customer?
Yes.12. Will my annual membership be automatically renewed at the same price when it expires?
According to German law, an annual subscription, regardless of the provider, may not be automatically extended by a full year. Therefore, if you don’t proactively renew your DAZN annual subscription for a year or cancel it at the end of the contract period, you will automatically switch to a monthly flexible subscription. In addition, every customer - as already mentioned - has the option of cancelling or renewing the annual subscription proactively in good time before it expires. For customers who signed up for DAZN before 1 March 2022 and have not made any changes to their subscription since then, other conditions apply.13. Can I book the packages via Apple/Google/Sky/Telekom/Waipu?
The tiered packages can be booked through Apple and Google on a regular basis. At the moment, you can only book DAZN UNLIMITED through Sky, Waipu and Deutsche Telekom.
