If you cancel your existing subscription, you will lose the benefits of your old package once your subscription has expired, and when resubscribing, the new offer structure will apply.

DAZN WORLD can be booked for €9.99 per month, offers a wide range of top international sports, including exciting football cup competitions such as the FA Cup and Carabao Cup, the best club handball in Europe with the EHF Champions League, the Davis Cup and more darts than ever before with the PDC.
Besides DAZN WORLD, all football highlights with the Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League and the international top leagues LaLiga, Serie A and Ligue 1, as well as US sports with the NFL and NBA or even fight sports with the big boxing fights and the UFC are guaranteed as usual in the DAZN STANDARD package for €24.99 per month for 12 months.
DAZN UNLIMITED bundles DAZN WORLD and DAZN STANDARD, with all the sports content available on DAZN. So, for €29.99 per month for 12 months, fans are guaranteed easy and convenient access to the best football, US sports and fight sports highlights, plus all other sports and competitions from around the world in one uncomplicated package.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE INDIVIDUAL PACKAGES ON A MONTHLY BASIS?
Yes, this is possible for all three packages. However, you will save the most on the annual subscription if you pay monthly or upfront.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION?
If you cancel your active subscription and want to return later, the new offer structure will apply to you, as it does to all new and returning customers.
WHAT ARE THE NOTICE PERIODS?
If you have a monthly membership and pay DAZN directly, your 30-day cancellation period starts on the day you cancel. From the day you cancel your monthly membership, you can still use DAZN as usual for 30 days, after which the cancellation becomes active.
If you have an annual membership, you can also cancel at any time, but your membership will continue until the end of your billing period. The 30-day cancellation period does not apply here.
CAN I ALSO BOOK THE PACKAGES VIA APPLE/GOOGLE/VODAFONE/SKY/TELEKOM?
Via Apple and Google the packages can regularly be signed up for. Via Sky and Deutsche Telekom you can currently only sign up for one package. Until the 15th of February you get as a promotional offer DAZN UNLIMITED for the price which applies for DAZN STANDARD. From the 16th of February onwards you sign up for DAZN STANDARD for the regular price.
I SIGNED UP VIA APPLE/GOOGLE/VODAFONE/SKY/TELEKOM. WILL ANYTHING CHANGE FOR ME?
No, nothing changes for all existing customers as long as they keep their current membership, regardless of what they subscribed through.
IF I HAVE BOOKED VIA SKY, DEUTSCHE TELEKOM OR VODAFONE, WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS?
For questions regarding the booking, contract or invoice, customers contact Sky, Vodafone or Deutsche Telekom directly. For questions regarding the DAZN account, customers should contact DAZN Customer Service.
HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I REGISTER?
You can register three devices on DAZN WORLD and DAZN STANDARD. For DAZN UNLIMITED there are six devices. You can check the exact number and which devices are currently registered with you via "My Account" and also exchange them flexibly at any time. This only applies to new customers. Existing customers keep the number of registered devices they were promised when they signed the contract.
CAN I SIMPLY ADD A NEW DEVICE AND THE OLDEST REGISTERED DEVICE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED AND IS THERE ANY LIMITATION OF HOW OFTEN I CAN REGISTER/UNREGISTER DEVICES?
You can manage your devices in the "Devices" section in My Account. If the maximum amount of devices is reached, you can remove a device manually. There is no limitation on how often devices can be registered/unregistered.
HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I WATCH ON AT THE SAME TIME?
With DAZN WORLD and DAZN STANDARD you can watch DAZN simultaneously on 1 device. With DAZN UNLIMITED you can watch DAZN on 2 devices at the same time. This only applies to new customers. Existing customers retain the number of parallel streams guaranteed at the time of signing the contract.
CAN I REDEEM MY PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED VOUCHER CARD (ANNUAL OR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION) AFTER 9.1. AND WATCH DAZN FOR THE AGREED PERIOD?
Yes, all voucher cards remain valid and can of course still be redeemed in compliance with DAZN's Terms and Conditions and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
WHICH PACKAGE ARE THE VOUCHERS VALID FOR?
All old and voucher cards currently on sale automatically provide access to DAZN UNLIMITED.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SWITCH FROM ONE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE TO ANOTHER?
If you have a DAZN STANDARD annual membership, you can upgrade to DAZN UNLIMITED at any time with immediate effect under "My Account". A downgrade from a DAZN UNLIMITED annual membership to a DAZN STANDARD annual membership, on the other hand, will only become active once your DAZN UNLIMITED membership has expired.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO SWITCH MY EXISTING ACCOUNT FROM MONTHLY TO ANNUAL OR VICE VERSA AFTER 9.1? WILL I THEN BE TREATED AS A NEW CUSTOMER?
Yes, for all changes to an existing subscription, the new offer structure will apply from 9.1.
