Life in the NFC West was good for the San Francisco 49ers last season, and they aim to keep it that way this season too.
The 49ers went 13-4 in the 2022 regular season, good enough for first place in the division. Perhaps more notable than their overall record was the level of dominance the Niners had in head-to-head games against the rest of their division — San Francisco swept the NFC West for the first time in 25 years. They then rode that momentum all the way to the NFC Championship game, losing to the Philadelphia Eagles.
This season the 49ers will look to maintain their dominance in the NFC West while also putting together a playioff run that sees them play one more game.
