Jaxson Dart firing on all cylinders with two first half touchdowns to help the Giants lead the Saints
In last week's win over the Los Angeles Chargers, New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart had two total touchdowns (one passing, one rushing) to lead his team to 21-18 victory and their first win of the season.
It didn't even take Dart a half to match his total as the Giants' 2025 first-round draft pick has thrown for two touchdowns in the first half of Sunday's game to give them a 14-13 lead as they are at the two-minute warning over the New Orleans Saints. Dart is also 9 of 13 for 87 yards and those two aforementioned TDs, along with 38 yards rushing on four carries. The first TD pass came a little over five minutes into the game when Dart threw a one-yard score to tight end Theo Johnson. Then on an eight-play, 70-yard drive, Dart found Johnson again for a 15-yard touchdown at the beginning of the second quarter.
