Two UFC legends have been added to next month’s Jake Paul vs Gervonta Davis undercard.

Paul and Davis are set to share the ring for 10 rounds in an exhibition bout in Florida on November 14.

Now, the undercard has just got spicier after Most Valuable Promotions announced on Thursday that Anderson Silva and Chris Weidman will be renewing their rivalry in a boxing match.

This will be the third time Silva, 50, and Weidman, 41, have faced each other after their two UFC clashes in 2013.

Weidman shocked Silva with a second-round knockout to end the Brazilian’s seven-year middleweight reign in their first fight, before winning the rematch just under six months later when Silva suffered a broken leg during their bout.

It appeared an unfitting end to their feud, and now Silva and Weidman will meet once more, this time across six rounds with boxing gloves on.

Silva’s last UFC outing came in October 2020, but he has since had three boxing matches.

He beat former world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr and fellow UFC icon Tito Ortiz in 2021 but lost on points to Jake Paul the following year.

Weidman made two successful title defences after beating Silva before he was defeated by Luke Rockhold.

He failed to regain his belt but did keep fighting in the UFC until last year. His final fight saw him knocked out by Eryk Anders at UFC 310 in December 2024.

Weidman has never boxed professionally before but is now due to test his skills against Silva, one of the most accomplished strikers the UFC has ever seen.

Silva and Weidman join an undercard that contains multiple world title fights.

Unified super bantamweight champion Alycia Baumgardner will be defending her belts against Leila Beudoin, with the contest scheduled for 12, three-minute rounds.

In the weight division below, Australia’s Cherneka Johnson will put her undisputed crown on the line against Amanda Galle, while the women’s WBC strawweight title will be up for grabs when champion Yokasta Valle faces Yadira Bustillos.

There will also be a male world title matchup, with WBA super lightweight titlist Gary Antuanne Russell facing mandatory challenger Andy Hiraoka.
