Itauma eyed by Gassiev after Franklin
Moses Itauma is yet to face Jermaine Franklin, but could already have his next opponent in the shape of Murat Gassiev.
The heavyweight star currently holds the WBA's junior 'regular' strap beneath their full champion, Oleksandr Usyk.
The Ukrainian has already outlined his plans for 2026 and beyond, suggesting other contenders will struggle for a shot.
That means Gassiev is turning his eyes towards other options - and Boxing Scene says Itauma could be one such foe.
Haney backs Stevenson-Muratalla bout
Devin Haney believes a clash between Shakur Stevenson and Raymond Muratalla could offer a handy test for the former.
Stevenson jumped out of lightweight to become a four-weight champion with his light-welterweight win over Teofimo Lopez in January.

The star has not ruled out a return below, however, and Haney feels IBF champion Muratalla offers an impressive test for him.
“I knew he was good, but didn't know he was that good," he said on Inside the Ring. "He turned all of us into believers."
Yoka vows to take Okolie spot
Tony Yoka has outlined his plan to dethrone Lawrence Okolie at the summit of the WBC heavyweight rankings next month.
The pair will meet in Paris, as the Briton attempts to solidify his credentials as a leading contender for the title in the glamour division.
Okolie currently sits first, beneath champion Oleksandr Usyk and interim champion Agit Kabayel with the governing body.
But Yoka told talkSPORT he can dethrone his foe, stating: "I know I'm going to win this fight and have this position."
