Froch offers emphatic verdict on Itauma against Fury and Joshua
Carl Froch is impressed with what he has seen from Moses Itauma so far.
In the last two years, the young heavyweight has produced several big performances with huge wins over Dillian Whyte and Jermaine Franklin, and now he is closing in on a world title shot.

As well as constantly being linked to showdowns with the likes of Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois, Itauma could easily look to boost his profile further by featuring in fights against Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury.
The two men who have been the faces of British boxing throughout the last decade are set to finally collide later this year, and the victor could be a target for Itauma in 2027.
Having youth on his side could provide Itauma with a significant advantage over either Fury or Joshua, and Froch has given his opinion on how fights between Itauma and his heavyweight predecessors would play out.
“So if you’re looking at the levels of opponents and where he could go, I just think he absolutely obliterates all of them. I think he beats all of them fighters,” said Froch when speaking on his own YouTube channel .
“I think he beats AJ, AJ’s not fought for ages, he’s been done himself a couple of times. The only one left that you could mention there is Tyson Fury.
“Tyson Fury is well past his best. Moses Itauma, Tyson Fury, who you got? I've got to say Moses Itauma. Young, fresh, fast, solid, can punch.”
