Josh Padley is back in action this weekend, but the Yorkshire star is also looking ahead to April 26 when Chris Eubank Jr finally collides with Conor Benn .
Padley appears on the undercard of Dalton Smith’s fight with Mathieu Germain on Saturday night, live on DAZN , and he will be hoping to bet back to winning ways after losing to Shakur Stevenson in February .
Once that show is out the way, the boxing world be focused on Tottenham Hotspur stadium the following Saturday as one of British boxing’s most intense rivalries will be settled, once again, live on DAZN .
The pair were originally set to meet in 2022, but the bout was called off at the last minute following an adverse finding in Benn’s drug test.
That exchange sparked wild scenes as members of each fighter’s entourage clashed on stage as security desperately tried to intervene.
With the fight less than two weeks away, the boxing community are speaking out on their verdicts and opinions are coming in thick and fast.
Padley is the latest fighter to have his say and with both men possessing damaging qualities heading into battle, the Doncaster star has spoken on the contest.
"Who knows? Honestly, I don't know who I am picking. I can't nail it down,” said Padley when speaking to the Sheffield Star .
“Both have advantages and disadvantages. The family names are on the line, so it will be interesting. They are selling it well! They genuinely don't like each other."
Fight fans are in for a treat at the end of April / start of May, with three amazing fight cards within seven days - and DAZN PPV is the only place to watch them all.
Arch rivals Eubank Jr and Benn finally go head-to-head to start the exhilarating week, with PPV prices at £21.99 in the UK; $24.99 in the US; €24.99 in Europe.
