Floyd Schofield to face former world champion on Jake Paul vs Julio Cesar Chavez Jr undercard

An already stacked fight night has added even more high-level fights to the card as Most Valuable Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions announced four more bouts on Friday for the June 28 Jake Paul vs Julio Cesar Chavez Jr event, which airs globally on DAZN PPV.

Undefeated Floyd Schofield (18-0, 12 KOs) heads up the list of fighters announced on Friday, as the 22-year-old rising star will take on former IBF super featherweight world champion Tevin Farmer (33-8-1, 8 KOs) in a lightweight bout. Schofield looks to continue his winning ways into 2025 after being forced to withdraw from a scheduled WBC lightweight title fight against current champion Shakur Stevenson in February.

Additionally, Avious Griffin (17-0, 16 KOs) aims to extend his undefeated record against Julian Rodriguez (23-1, 14 KOs) in a welterweight contest, Raul Curiel (15-0-1, 13 KOs) meets Victor Ezequiel Rodriguez (16-0-1, 9 KOs) at welterweight and Naomy Valle (14-0, 9 KOs) takes on Ashley Felix (7-3, 1 KO) in a light flyweight bout.

The fights announced on Friday have been added to a card that includes Paul vs. Chavez Jr., Gilberto 'Zurdo' Ramirez vs Yuniel Dorticos for the WBA and WBO cruiserweight titles, and Holly Holm vs Yolanda Vega.
