Itauma opens up on sparring stories before Franklin blockbuster

Moses Itauma has lifted the lid on his favourite sparring stories, as the star continues to build towards his bout with Jermaine Franklin.

The Briton, ranked first with the WBA and WBO, is bidding to secure a world heavyweight title shot in 2026 after his meteoric rise.

Itauma, who most recently dispatched former title challenger Dillian Whyte inside one brutal round, certainly has the record to match.

But most of his big-name scalps have come behind closed doors so far in sparring sessions - and the fighter has plenty of stories.
