Jake Paul and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr are set to collide in one of the biggest fights of the year when they meet this weekend, live on DAZN. 

Jake Paul’s popularity soared even higher at the backend of last year when he competed in a huge event against Mike Tyson that delivered well to a huge audience. 

Paul was victorious over the heavyweight veteran, but can he perform better against another former world champion in Chavez Jr? 

The Mexican star, once the middleweight ruler, has endured some tough setbacks in the ring in recent years, most notably a loss to Anderson Silva in 2021, but can he find the motivation to use his experience and score an unlikely victory on Saturday night? 

Based on recent form, the odds of 4/1 from DAZN Bet for a Chavez victory look justified as he appears to be heading towards the exit door with the younger Paul improving all the time.

The Cuban puncher was once one of boxing’s feared names, but defeat to Mairis Briedis in 2020 brought on a period of inactivity and he has only fought three times since. 

In that same time frame, Ramirez has competed eight times across two weight classes and he is now arguably the best cruiserweight in the world. 

He may prove that against Opetaia, but he can move one step to that battle with a routine points win against Dorticos which is available at 21/20. 

Backing the double, Paul and Ramirez on points, will bring odds of just under 3/1, and that is this week’s double.
