Tommy Fury: Will he fight Jake Paul or Darren Till next?

Tommy Fury ran his record 12-0 on Saturday night on DAZN PPV with a majority decision over Eddie Hall from Manchester, England. 

When asked by DAZN's Wade Clemons in his post-fight interview about what he wanted next, Fury was evasive and said he didn't want the Jake Paul's, KSI's, and told Misfits heavyweight champion Chase DeMoor that he needed to face his brother Roman before he'd entertain a fight with him.

There are select fights that Fury should take coming up next. DAZN News has those options below. 

Darren Till

This is the fight to make. No reason not to at this point. Till and Fury were set to battle in January 2025. Fury pulled out of the fight, feeling Till would pull MMA moves on him after the former UFC star joked that he would kick Fury in the head after a near riot broke out between the two. Till remained on the show, beating Anthony Taylor in the headliner. 

It's something neither guy has discussed. Rumors circulated during Fury vs. Hall fight week that Till was banned from all fight week activities. That appeared to be evident by Till being escorted out of Thursday's press conference. The Fury's denied the allegations that they were behind the banning all week long.

But it all seems too coincidental. This is a fight that should be made. Till is a good boxer for just starting out. You can make the case that he's got more skill than Fury. Based on Fury's showing against Hall, it's the correct assertion, and that's why John and Tommy are very hesitant about remaking the matchup.

Let's get everyone to the table, as both guys stand the chance to make a boatload of money, as the buildup would be tremendous, and the fight would be entertaining.

Jake Paul

Depending on the moment, Fury either wants this rematch or he doesn't. During the lead-up to the Hall bout, Fury wanted the fight when asked by DAZN.

But when asked by Clemons on Saturday after the fight, Fury had no interest.

Fury and Paul have been close to making this fight in the past. Unfortunately, it hasn't crossed the line due to money. Fury feels he should be getting a little bit more of the pot since he won their February 2023 contest. 

It's a fair argument to be made. Paul is the bigger name. A 50/50 split is something that should be considered, and I feel that it will be made if those terms can be agreed upon.

This feels like it's a fight that will always be there. Things don't last forever, and there's an expiration date, but we aren't there yet.
