Dmitry Bivol will make his 11th defence of the WBA light heavyweight title when he takes on Lyndon Arthur at the end of December.
The men are fighting as part of the "Day of Reckoning" in Saudi Arabia, and for Bivol it will be his first action of 2023. The 32-year-old was last in the ring in Nov. 2022, when he defeated Gilberto Ramírez by unanimous decision.
Looking to take Bivol's title is Arthur, who is preparing for his third fight of the year. The Briton claimed the vacant IBO light heavyweight title in his last bout, a 10th-round knockout victory against Braian Nahuel Suarez.
