Zuffa Boxing held its first two shows in the month of January. Currently, the upstart promotion has two scheduled fight cards coming up.
DAZN News has learned from a source close to the situation that the next two shows after that will be Zuffa Boxing 005 on Easter Sunday, April 5, and Zuffa Boxing 006 on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 10. The venues are unknown at this time. But the first set of shows has and will occur at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas. When DAZN News asked about any fights scheduled, the same source said not at this time.
Zuffa Boxing 001 took place on January 23, with Callum Walsh defeating former welterweight title challenger Carlos Ocampo by unanimous decision. At Zuffa Boxing 002, former WBA super lightweight champion Jose Valenzuela beat Diego Torres Nunez by unanimous decision.
Next up on the docket for Zuffa Boxing is this Sunday, with heavyweight contender Efe Ajagba meeting former IBF titlist Charles Martin in the main event.
Then on Sunday, March 8, IBF and Ring Magazine cruiserweight champion Jai Opetaia faces Brandon Glanton for the inaugural Zuffa Boxing title.
